Usage Policy

1. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, save, share, or distribute with Foxyapp, and for ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and the rights of others. You must have the necessary rights, licenses, and consents for any face, likeness, image, or video you use as source material.

2. Consent comes first

Do not create face-swapped or AI-generated media of a real, identifiable person without their clear, informed consent. This applies to friends, public figures, and strangers alike.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use Foxyapp to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Sexual or intimate content depicting a real identifiable person without their explicit consent, and any sexual content involving minors under any circumstances.
• Content that impersonates a real person to deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, defame, or extort.
• Misinformation or deceptive media intended to manipulate elections, markets, or public opinion, or that is passed off as genuine to cause harm.
• Identity theft, fraud, scams, or circumvention of identity-verification (KYC) or biometric security systems.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or content that targets or demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Anything otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions where you create or share it.

4. Disclosure & labeling

Where the law requires it — and as a matter of good practice — clearly label or disclose AI-generated and manipulated media so viewers are not misled into believing it is authentic.

5. Account & license integrity

• Do not share, resell, or transfer your account or license key.
• Do not attempt to bypass licensing, credit limits, or payment verification.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to extract models or code except as permitted by law.

6. Local processing & enforcement

Because Foxyapp processes media on your device, we generally cannot see what you create. That does not lessen your obligations under this policy. If we become aware of violations — for example, through reports, payment fraud, or misuse of your account — we may suspend or permanently revoke your license and account, without refund.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing Foxyapp or has created harmful content involving you, please report it through our contact page.

8. Changes

We may update this Usage Policy as the product and the legal landscape evolve. Continued use of Foxyapp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
