Foxyapp is built privacy-first. The media you create with — your photos, videos, and faces — is processed entirely on your own device and is never uploaded to us. This policy explains the limited account and billing data we do handle, and why.

1. Our core privacy principle

Foxyapp performs all face-swapping and AI generation locally on your device. We do not receive, view, store, or transmit the source images, videos, faces, or generated outputs you work with. They never leave your computer through Foxyapp.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what is necessary to operate your account, license, and credits:

Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
License & credit data — your license key status, your usage-credit (seconds) balance, and your account role.
Transaction records — for crypto payments: the cryptocurrency, amount, payment address, and the transaction hash you submit, along with its verification status.
Technical & security data — limited records such as your last-seen timestamp and authentication session tokens, used to keep your account secure and signed in.

3. What we do not collect

The photos, videos, or faces you upload into the app.
The AI-generated or face-swapped media you produce.
Any biometric templates or facial-recognition data derived from your content.

4. How we use your information

To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
To activate and verify your license and to track your credit balance.
To verify cryptocurrency payments and issue license keys or credits.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

5. Payment processing & the blockchain

License and credit purchases are made in cryptocurrency (USDT on the TRON/TRC-20 network). To confirm a payment, we check the transaction hash you provide against public blockchain explorers and node providers (for example, TronScan and TronGrid). Transactions recorded on a public blockchain are inherently public and permanent, and are outside our control. Please do not treat a blockchain wallet address or transaction as private information.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

With infrastructure and hosting providers that run our backend on our behalf.
With blockchain explorers/node providers, solely to verify your payment transactions.
Where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

7. Data security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed access and refresh tokens, and access to account data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold.

8. Data retention

We retain account, license, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to records we are required to keep.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Children

Foxyapp is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
